How it’s made

  • Picked fresh

    Starting in July, the organically grown chiles begin to ripen and harvesting ensues. The chiles are picked fresh when they are perfectly ripe.

  • Prepared and dehydrated

    The chiles are then rinsed, the stems are removed and the chiles are put in the dehydrator until they’re ready to be blended.

  • Blended to perfection

    Once the chiles are dehydrated, they are pulverized and blended with organic garlic, onion, and Himalayan Pink Salt making the delicious T.O’s Hot Spice! Instead of using anti-caking chemicals, we use Dry & Dry packs to keep T.O’s fresh for longer!
